Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Our shipping is free for all orders above 50€.
For order below 50€ the shipping costs depend on your shipping country and will be calculated at the checkout.

Order Processing:

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the package is shipped, you will usually automatically receive a tracking number at the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order.

Expected shipping times per country:
Germany: 1-3 Business Days
European Countries: 7-10 Business Days
USA: 7-14 Business Days

On average, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Some products have longer shipping times than our usual rates. If this is the case, it's mentioned on the product's description page.

Unexpected Delays

Sometimes delivery times vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as
- Customs clearance (may vary from country to country)
- Weather conditions
- Strikes
- Failure of the transportation company

Delay if incorrect addresses are provided:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict delivery deadlines. Please check the address you have provided as we CANNOT be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If your order is already being processed or has been shipped, we cannot change the address. We can only wait to see if the package is returned to us. If this is the case, we can offer you an exchange or refund.
