How long takes the shipping? +

We ship worldwide. We try to process all orders are 24 hours but it can take up to max. 3 days. The delivery time depends on your country. On average, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days.

How much are the shipping costs? +

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over 50€!

For orders below 50€ a flat shipping fee of 4.95€ applies.

In a few countries, the shipping fee may vary slightly. You’ll see the exact amount at the checkout.

How to return an item if I don't like it? +

Simply contact our support team, and we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Once we receive the item back, you’ll get a full refund.

Please make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Who bears the return costs? +

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. As a small startup, we currently don’t have large-scale shipping contracts or discounted return agreements with carriers like DHL. Covering return shipping ourselves would significantly increase our overall costs, which is why we kindly ask customers to handle the return shipping fees.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I still change or cancel my order? +

You can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
